PERMANENT is an acronym for Projects to Employ Resources of the Moon and Asteroids Near Earth in the Near Term = P.E.R.M.A.N.E.N.T. and is about space industrialization before space settlement on a large scale. The first communities will live inside large inflatable habitats currently under development privately (not by NASA/government) and which have already been tested in space (made in the USA and launched privately on Russian rockets). I previously worked in the US government's space program in advanced planning, but am totally private sector now and push for purely private, multinational space development.

Property development and sales in Bangkok and Muang Thong Thani are one thing, but the next elite stage is in space, and it's much more financially feasible (by the private sector) than most people realize. Please see this other website, www.PERMANENT.com !
